The Contractor shall provide two (2) preventative maintenance visits per year for five (5) air compressors at the Lake Prince Aeration Building and four (4) air compressors at the Western Branch Aeration Building. The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and transportation required to perform the services described herein. Contractor shall perform all services according to the manufacturer’s recommended repair techniques and standards.
