The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide a Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) air compressor system, comprising three (3) replacement rotary screw air compressors, with coalescing and filtration system at the Lee Hall Water Treatment Plant, in accordance with the specifications of this IFB.
