(1) Vendor needs to provide mortuary affairs realistic lane training service to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA. – The Contractor shall ensure technical management and support coordination of task activities and provide overall expertise for successful completion of each task area.– The Contractor shall ensure the task areas are performed in an efficient, effective, and responsive manner.• Provide fifteen cadavers for training scenarios. • Provide five instructors prepared to answer questions from training participants regarding handling of NAMs.     • Provide handler for the cadavers (delivery/removal, scenario prep, cadaver disposition variations, post–training clean–up).– The Contractor shall ensure technical management and support coordination of task activities and provide overall expertise for successful completion of each task area.(2) This bid is set–aside for total small business.
