(1) Vendor needs to provide website ADA compliance services.– Update website and associated web content to meet ADA requitements along with determining method to allow for long term compliance of website.– Website consultants to help with assistance to update the website and develop tools to achieve and maintain full digital accessibility compliance and strengthen its long–term capacity in this area.– Test and validate the website and its contents to document that ADA requirements.– Advancing a statewide initiative to promote digital accessibility compliance, many regional agencies have already sought consultant support to update websites, identify accessibility gaps, and implement corrective measures.– Reviewing the organization’s website, documents, and internal procedures, it has become clear that the breadth and technical complexity of digital accessibility ranging from document remediation to ongoing web compliance would benefit from specialized external expertise.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 21,2026.
