Vendor needs to provide broadcast production services including but not limited to videography, editing, broadcasting and program development.1. Broadcast production:– Broadcast all mayoral media briefings live and rebroadcast on channel and social media (normally 4–5 per month), including those that take place in the city council chambers and the bi–monthly media briefings held out in the community at various locations.– Broadcast city PowerPoint presentations.– Program musical backgrounds and interludes.– Produce and broadcast a daily and weekly schedule of programming.2. Content creation for special events:– Film, produce, and broadcast channels and social media platforms. – Provide multiple cameras and crew members to cover the stage and audience. Provide audio and lighting support to ensure the video is broadcast–ready. 3. Content creation for specific educational topics:– Film, produce, and broadcast 90–second to 2–minute promotional and educational videos, coordinating with the city public information officer to plan and schedule the video shoot and gather B–roll.
