CONS-23471 - USA (Glastonbury, Connecticut) - Project Management and Engineering Services for Remediation and Corrective work - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide project management and engineering services for remediation and corrective work to the government authority located in Glastonbury, CT. – The Consultant will be responsible for a comprehensive review and verification of cited code compliance conditions in the areas of fire and life safety codes, agency zoning regulations, emergency management/planning, wetlands regulations, hazardous materials regulations, and the local blight ordinance.– The Consultant will engage/manage appropriate employees, subconsultants, and/or experts, to conduct the design and planning activities, and will continually engage the appropriate regulatory agencies for approval and compliance review through completion of corrective services conducted by others.– A comprehensive review of cited conditions by all known regulatory agencies along with on–site verification to determine the status of corrective efforts.– The Consultant will use appropriate design and engineering principles to devise a remediation plan, including methods and forecasted timelines for approval by the agency.– Provide input on and assure the completion of and review of required plans of compliance, training programs, emergency plans, and similar. Assure distribution of plans and training once approved.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
