(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual upgrade system to the government authority located in Mather, CA.• Support auditorium presentations, meetings, training events, and public gatherings• Provide clear, intelligible audio coverage throughout the room.• Provide high–quality video display visible from all seating areas.• Support wired and wireless microphones for presenters and participant use.• Support connectivity for laptops, conferencing platforms, and multimedia devices.• Include simple, user–friendly controls suitable for non–technical personnel.• Be compatible with existing site conditions and applicable codes.– The contractor shall:• Verify field conditions before installation.• Provide and install all required A/V components and associated accessories.• Provide all cabling, connectors, terminations, mounting hardware, and integration materials required for a complete installation.• Program and configure all audio, video, control, and networked system components.• Coordinate work with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and facility staff.• Perform functional testing and system commissioning.• Correct deficiencies identified during testing.• Provide operator training for designated Government personnel.• Submit final documentation, including as–built information, equipment list, and operating materials.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 25, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
