The Mystic & Noank Library Landscape Master Plan Phase 1 work consists of: Installation and maintenance of construction entrance and erosion and sediment controls, clearing and grubbing, selective demolition, site lighting; underground conduits and sleeves, catch basin top, area drain & stormwater piping; asphalt paving; precast concrete curbing; exposed aggregate concrete sidewalks; concrete stairs, stone stairs on concrete; dry laid stone walls; metal handrails; native tree; shrub and perennial plantings; as shown and described in the contract documents.
