Federal Overlays - Olive and McKinley Avenues The work to be done consists, in general, of resurfacing Olive Avenue from Hayes Avenue to Hughes Avenue (approximately 3.5 miles) and McKinley Avenue from Dower Avenue to Marks Avenue (approximately 6.3 miles), excluding the City of Fresno-maintained segments, by cold planing, placing asphalt concrete overlays, shoulder backing, subgrade repairs, and traffic striping.
