WATER-0989 - USA (Ventura, California) - Water Management Plan and Remediation Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide water management plan and remediation services to the government authority located in Ventura, CA.– Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, staff, transportation, licenses, permits, and every other item of expense necessary, unless otherwise stated, to provide a Legionella Water Management Plan, testing, and remediation services.– At a minimum, the flow diagrams shall identify and depict:• Water supply sources and points of entry.• Domestic hot and cold–water distribution systems.• Water heaters, storage tanks, expansion tanks, mixing valves, and recirculation loops.• Cooling towers, therapy tubs, pools, spas, ice machines, humidifiers, decorative fountains, drinking fountains, and other water features, if applicable.• Water treatment, filtration, softening, disinfection, or conditioning equipment.• Areas where water is stored, heated, cooled, conditioned, recirculated, or otherwise processed.• Representative end–use fixtures, including sinks, showers, and other fixtures identified by the Contractor as potential risk locations.• Critical control points and monitoring locations identified during development of the Water Management Plan.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
