(1) Vendor needs to provide unified communications and microsoft teams phone system to the government authority located in CO.– Operates an active Microsoft 365 tenant and seeks a provider to deliver teams operator connect or direct routing–based telephony, cloud fax, call recording, SMS or text messaging, and associated hardware and implementation services.– Teams voice –– operator connect or direct routing:– Approximately 230 user seats, unlimited inbound and outbound.– DID or number management and E911:– Porting of approximately 233 existing telephone numbers.– Cloud fax:– 10 cloud fax lines –– inbound and outbound, fax–to–email / email–to–fax.– Call recording:– Compliance–grade call recording for approximately 3 users.– SMS or text messaging for teams:– SMS/MMS standard license for approximately 20 Microsoft Teams users.– Mobile integration:– Mobile background data or Teams mobile dialer solution for approximately 50 users.– Meeting rooms and webinar.– Paging or overhead integration.– Implementation and professional services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.(3) This is a brief information; Main RFP Document is not available on our website.
