EXTRA-74868 - USA (Colorado) - Tax Credit Compliance Service - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide tax credit compliance service to the government authority located in Colorado. – Provide financial services companies with expertise in managing, validating, and filing for Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) tax credits.– Evaluate state agency project plans, technical parameters, and documentation to determine the state’s eligibility for relevant IRA tax credits.– Manage the tax credit compliance process by collecting and validating documentation to demonstrate compliance with IRA rules.– Applicable, prepare and submit pre–filing registration applications to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on behalf of the State.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
