(1) Vendor needs to provide school nurse led asthma case management services to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.- facilities and any venues used for meetings/conferences are accessible.- requested accommodations are provided in a timely manner; and- written and printed materials developed in accessible formats (easy to read, large print, etc.), orproviding access to alternative formats.– Development of a systematic method to identify and track information about all students with asthma. Information should include, but is not limited to, elements such as;a. Current asthma action plan on fileb. Needed asthma medications present in schoolc. Authorization to self–carry/self–administer asthma medicationd. Asthma triggers and interventions to address triggers at schoole. Asthma–related health room visits/exacerbations– Pilot testing of school nurse–led asthma case management in a minimum of one elementary and one secondary school to refine processes.– Additional capacity–building activities as determined by the local school health services program.(2) A pre–application conference will be held on July 7, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
