(1) Vendor needs to provide fiduciary advisor service to the government authority located in Bridgeport, CA. • Provide independent fiduciary advisory services for the county's retirement plans.• Obtain ongoing independent fiduciary advisory services that support the county in fulfilling its fiduciary responsibilities, maintaining prudent oversight of its retirement plans, and providing competitive retirement benefits for county employees.• Consultant will assist the county in maintaining prudent fiduciary oversight, monitoring investments and fees, supporting governance and committee activities, evaluating service providers, improving participant outcomes, and ensuring the plans continue to reflect industry best practices.• Investment performance monitoring and recommendations.• Investment policy statement development and periodic review.• Fiduciary committee support, governance guidance, and fiduciary training.• Quarterly review of plan investments, fees, and service providers.• Benchmarking of investment and administrative fees.• Evaluation of recordkeeper performance and other retirement plan vendors.• Assistance with future procurement of retirement plan service providers, if requested.• Review of regulatory changes and recommendations regarding fiduciary best practices.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
