(1) Vendor needs to provide HR compensation consultant service to the government authority located in Aurora, CO. – Provide compensation consulting services to support ongoing compensation administration and significant upcoming projects.– The consultant will support salary structure development, job description review and classifi cation, market benchmarking, internal equity analysis, and ongoing compensation needs.– The engagement will include support for reviewing and restructuring the administrative and professional technical (APT) and classified salary structures.– Market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to ensure positions are appropriately aligned both internally and with the external market.– APT salary structure review and restructuring– Classified salary structure review and restructuring– Agreement for services (AFS) review– Job description review and three–year benchmarking cycle– Market benchmarking– Reclassification, reorganization, and off–cycle compensation review– Internal equity and job evaluation methodology– Compensation business rules and governance– Implementation, training, and knowledge transfer(2) The contract period will be for one year.
