SHARP - Painting Services for Three Properties

The 'Authority is soliciting competetive sealed bids for Invitation for Bid 'Project ID from qualified, licensed, and experienced painting contractors to Simple Scope of Work . Interested licensed 'Contractor's License should plan to attend the Pre-Bid Conference(s) to be held at the location(s), date(s) and time(s) indicated in the Timeline. All contractors and potential subcontractors are urged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference(s) including the site inspection. Although attendance is not mandatory, contractors will be required to verify that they are aware of the existing site conditions. Bids will be received via OpenGov ONLY until 'Proposal Submission Time on 'Proposal Submission Date . For bids in excess of $300,000, bidders will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of not less than 100% of the contract price.
