(1) Vendor needs to provide fiber optic cable and hardware installation and construction services to the government authority located in Portland, OR.– Work includes installation of fiber–optic communications infrastructure, communications equipment, traffic signal communications upgrades, and limited intersection improvements, including right–turn–except–bus treatments at select locations.– Including system configuration, signal timing development, testing, activation, and performance monitoring.– Require contractor coordination with power and communications utilities for the installation of fiber optic cables on utility owned poles.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 28, 2026.
