EXTRA-78636 - USA (Peabody, Massachusetts) - Meter Exchange and Asset Disposition Services - Deadline November 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide meter exchange and asset disposition services to the government authority located in Peabody, MA. – Meter Exchange Services and Asset Disposition: including electric meter changeouts, location geocoding, meter resale and/or recycling and disposal, new meter inventory management, exchanged meter inventory management, and call center services for customer scheduling and customer questions about the Meter Exchange.– The Bidder must handle the post–deployment processing of exchanged meters. As an alternative to purely disposing or recycling the meters, the vendor should include a proposal to resell the removed Landis + Gyr Focus meters on the secondary market.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 6, 2026.
