CLEANING-13584 - USA (Hermiston, Oregon) - Janitorial Services - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Hermiston, OR. – Work shall be performed between the hours of 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednes–day, or Thursday as agreed upon by the COR and the contractor except for legal Federal holidays, or holidays.– The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily perform all services requested. – This shall include, but not be limited to: ladder; leaf blower; brooms; brushes; wiping, polishing, treated and untreated dusting cloths; wet mops, treated sweep mops; sponges; squeegees; porcelain ware cleaner; liquid and powder detergents; glass cleaner; floor cleaner; floor finish; floor stripper; metal polish; furniture polish; scouring powder, toilet cleaner; and all suitable, commercial grade, equipment necessary for per–formance of work.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
