(1) Vendor needs to provide employee airline travel program service to the government authority located in Carson, NV. – Provide commercial air carriers regarding the availability, structure, pricing, administration, technology, traveller services, and other features of air travel programs available to State employees traveling for official State business.– Airline pricing models available to governmental entities.– Negotiated discounts and government airfare programs.– Published government fares and other restricted or unrestricted fare products.– Volume–based or market–specific discounts.– Fare flexibility and change and cancellation provisions.– Unused ticket and electronic credit management.– Baggage and ancillary fee treatment.– Flight availability and capacity considerations.– Booking and distribution channels.– Integration with Travel Management Companies (TMCs), online booking tools, platforms, and other travel technology.– Reporting and data capabilities.– Traveler assistance and disruption management.– Account management and implementation.– Customer service and service–level commitments.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
