(1) Vendor needs to provide promotional examination and testing services to the government authority located in Fairfield, CT.• Developing, validating, administering, and scoring written examinations and oral assessment type promotional exams.• A conservative contractual sludge quality characterization for proposals associated with the transportation, management, beneficial use, processing, thermal treatment, landfill disposal, biodrying, or other permitted handling of municipal wastewater treatment plant sludge(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026
