CLEANING-14434 - USA (Virginia) - Janitorial Services - Deadline November 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Virginia.– All public restroom interior trash cans shall be emptied and cleaned/sanitized daily. – All sinks, mirrors, toilet, counter tops, light switches, and door handles shall be cleaned, sanitized and wiped to remove all excess standing water, spills, accumulation of objectionable material daily.– All glass and brass surfaces to include but not limited to countertop vanities, door push plates & mirrors shall be cleaned with an appropriate glass cleaner so that the surface is free of grease, dirt, and smudge marks daily.– Contractor will provide, refill, and maintain adequate supply of toilet paper, paper towels and provide soap dispensers daily.– All inside & outside entrance doorways and bottom corners will be swept free of bugs, cobwebs, and debris daily.– Restroom doors will be wet wiped with a bleach solution inside/outside and top to bottom to include top horizontal surface.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
