(1) Vendor needs to provide civil litigation services to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.– Civil litigation, particularly in federal court litigation, white collar fraud matters, and the false claims act.– Seeking to retain the services of assistant counsel to litigate the civil case until conclusion by either trial or settlement.– Assistant counsel will be responsible for document review and management, expert retention, depositions, litigation strategy, and any other measures required to effectively litigate the civil case.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
