Description
VTA intends to award a Design-Build (DB) contract for the design, installation, and testing of all rail Systems required for this Project. VTA will review and score the SOQs to determine which Respondents are best suited and qualified to successfully execute the design and construction of the Project. A Short-List of three (3) (or up to four (4)) of the highest-ranked Respondents will be created, each of which will be invited to submit proposals in response to VTA’s forthcoming RFP. Respondents that are not included on the Short-List will not be allowed to submit proposals.
