ACCT-26495 - USA (Decatur, Georgia) - Development of Cost Allocation Plans Service - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide development of cost allocation plans service to the government authority located in Decatur, GA.• Provide Development of Cost Allocation Plans County–wide to submit proposals for Development of Cost Allocation Plans (3 Year Multiyear Contract with 2 Options to Renew).• Coordinate and work with County staff to develop the County’s Cost Allocation Plan to ensure its development is accurate, inclusive, and appropriate to the County’s needs.• Meet with County staff and conduct interviews to gain an understanding of the County’s practices and operations.• Review all budgeted and actual expenditures in the County’s operating, capital (including the agency and grants funds to identify costs that support all County departments and operations to determine which costs can be allocated to the appropriate budgets.• Allows for continual County updates as the organization changes.• Provide the County with an electronic copy of the final comprehensive Cost Allocation Plan and Model that would include related schedules and cost documentation in a format that can be edited and updated by County staff.• Consult with County staff to defend the Cost Allocation Plan Model in case of audits or other challenges.• Consultant shall clearly define the steps needed to implement the Cost Allocation Model.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.(4) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 2, 2026.
