(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency veterinary services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ. – Immediate evaluation of incoming canine units without standard appointment delays.– Advanced life support, oxygen therapy, blood transfusions, and fluid resuscitation.– In–house twenty–four by seven (24/7) digital radiography, ultrasound, and point–of–care laboratory testing.– On–site emergency surgical procedures.– Emergency triage and triage prioritization.– Medical and surgical care.– Diagnostics and laboratory.– Critical care and inpatient monitoring.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
