(1) Vendor needs to provide real–time river forecasting system. – An independent community hydrologic prediction system (CHPS) Operator–Client system that can function as a complementary system.– Convene a formal kickoff meeting, review operational objectives with DWR, and confirm and advise on the target system architecture.– The implementation plan identifies major activities, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and anticipated completion dates– Technical support for system configuration, performance issues, and troubleshooting.– Installation and configuration of the FEWS (Flood Early Warning System) and CHPS core software.– Provide required system access, infrastructure, and technical information.– Advisory support related to CHPS best practices and system optimization.– Live system pilot testing.– Operator client system setup.– System integration and validation. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
