(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based VoIP and unified communications system.• Support approximately 130 users and approximately 150 extensions at initial deployment and allow future expansion without replacement of the core platform.• Provide enterprise calling, extension dialling, caller ID, call transfer, hold, park, forwarding, simultaneous ring, configurable business–hours/after–hours routing, and other standard enterprise telephony features.• Provide configuration and migration of approximately twenty existing workgroups/hunt groups and the city's main, after–hours, and holiday auto attendants. Existing automated call flows include Spanish–language menu options and shall be recreated or improved as part of implementation.• Provide administrative tools for authorized city staff to manage users, extensions, call routing, auto attendants, devices, and reporting. Reporting shall include, at a minimum, inbound and outbound call history, missed calls, call volume, department/workgroup activity, and system utilization, where supported by the proposed platform.• Voicemail–to–email notification and delivery.• Voicemail transcription.• Access to voicemail through physical phones, desktop applications, and mobile applications as applicable.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
