The Town of Plainfield invites requests for proposals from qualified vendors to provide a bid for HVAC installation/replacement services to complete the installation/replacement of HVAC systems for the Planning & Zoning and Tax Collector Offices in the Town Hall Building. RFP packages, containing submission instructions and other information are available online at www.plainfieldct.org. Please put “R.F.P. HVAC Installation/Replacement for the P&Z and Tax Collector Offices” in the subject line of email requests. Sealed bids must be received in the Finance Office, Plainfield Town Hall, 8 Community Avenue, Plainfield, CT 06374, by 2:00 PM, Tuesday October 6th, 2026. Bids will be opened & read at the Plainfield Town Hall.
