(1) Vendor needs to provide armed security guard services to the government authority located in Muskogee, OK.• Provide properly trained, licensed, uniformed, and equipped armed security personnel to perform security services.• Provide coverage during regular city hall operating hours as established by the city• Provide coverage for other designated after–hours public meetings, hearings, special events, or city activities when requested.• Monitor persons entering and exiting the facility and remain alert for suspicious, disruptive, threatening, or potentially dangerous behavior.• Conduct periodic patrols of public areas, hallways, entrances, exits, parking areas, and other designated areas as directed.• Respond appropriately to disturbances, threats, suspicious activity, medical emergencies, security concerns, and other incidents.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.
