TRANSPORT-11474 - USA (Phoenix, Alabama) - Right of Way Maintenance Services - Deadline July 14,2026

Vendor needs to provide right of way maintenance services to the government authority located in Phoenix, Alabama.– Maintenance shall only be conducted within designated Rights of Ways comprising approximately 250 acres.– Maintenance to begin within five business days from the time the bid is awarded (approximately July 21, 2026) and end October 31st.– The order for Right of Way maintenance will be directed by the City.– Trash and debris shall be picked up and bagged prior to mowing. Bagged trash and debris shall be disposed of in a designated dumpster located on the City yard.– Weed trimmers shall be used where mowing is not possible such as excessively steep slopes, planted areas, ditches or obstructions such as utility poles, guy wires, etc.– Chemicals shall not be used in lieu of mowing or weed trimming at any time for Right of Way maintenance.
