Vendor needs to provide legal and collection services to the government authority located in Monticello, NY. – Provide Legal services shall include all aspects of collection work for the purposes of collecting unpaid amounts legally due and owing to the County and/or related State or Federal government agencies.– Legal services include the institution and prosecution of legal action. In the event the Firm obtains a judgment, it may engage in any and all postjudgment enforcement actions and executions at its sole discretion and without authorization from the agency.
