DRA-11215 - USA (Jackson, Mississippi) - External Quality Review Organization Service - Deadline September 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide external quality review organization (EQRO) service to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.   – Quality improvement (QI) Team and shall oversee all EQRO project management activities, including communications, scheduling, status reporting, responses to requests, and the timely and accurate completion of all EQR activities and deliverables.– The contractor shall identify opportunities for quality improvement and provide recommendations designed to improve access, quality, timeliness, and outcomes of care. – This analysis must integrate and cross–reference findings from other relevant surveys and audits completed.– Availability of services and assurances of adequate capacity and services.– Corrective action plan (CAP) validation and monitoring.– Conduct quarterly provider data validation and quality–of–care surveys.– Quality assessment and performance improvement program.– Provider selection and sub–contractual relationships and delegation. – Quality improvement committees, task forces or work groups.– Review survey data analysis and findings and conclusions.– Assess implementation.– Document evaluation of survey.– Annual EQR technical report.– Quality companion guide.– Validation of survey methodology.– Provider data validation (PDV) and sampling.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
