(1) Vendor needs to provide case management system upgrade and related services.• The vendor shall provide evidence that their software product offers the following functionality requirements:• General Requirements:– Windows SQL database system and compatibility with Windows 11 operatingsystem Web–based product availability– Ability to run on County hosted server environment, with ability to transition to cloudenvironment at a potential later date to be determined.– Timely software modifications released for compliance with legislative changes aswell as enhancements and fixes to software issues.– Ability to convert data from current CMS• Software Requirements:– Docketing and Indexing capability for all case types to include case name, case number, address, file date, and file type and subtype, as well as, brief descriptions of all records and orders filed, issuance of service, schedule court proceedings, and/or document any action or information regarding a case.– Random Judge and Magistrate Assignment Capabilities; with reporting capabilities.– Must have the functionality to control/limit user access and rights.– Integration with OnBase to retrieve historical and future case filings. The ability tooffload any new filing images back into the existing OnBase environment tomaintain current workflow and redaction processes.– Integration with existing e–filing platform (Court File Now).– Provide Vendor’s e–filing platform.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026.
