(1) Vendor needs to provide moving services to the government authority located in Davie, FL.• Provide a detailed description of the proposed approach to performing the services, including but not limited to:a. Pre–move planning and coordination.b. Inventory management, tracking, and labeling procedures.c. Packing, transportation, unpacking, and furniture installation methods.d. Protection plan of furniture, equipment, flooring, elevators, walls, and other Town property.e. Procedures for handling and transporting confidential records and sensitive materials.f. Quality control procedures.g. Risk management and damage prevention measures.h. Communication protocol with the Town's Project Manager.• Provide a proposed project schedule identifying major milestones, including:a. Pre–move planning.b. Packing activities.c. Moving dates.d. Furniture installation.e. Final setup.f. Punch list completion.g. Project closeout.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2026.
