(1) Vendor needs to provide nurse education, practice, quality and retention service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • The Nurse Education, Practice, Quality, and Retention Transition to Practice Program (NEPQR–TPP) aims to increase the nursing workforce and address the nursing shortage in rural and medically vulnerable communities.• Expand and enhance the workforce through the development of health professions pathways and competency–based curriculum.• Expand community and clinical training partnerships in nontraditional community–based settings, particularly rural and medically vulnerable areas.• Provide faculty and preceptor training and support.• Expand experiential learning opportunities with the purchase and use of simulation–based technology to enhance academic–practice.
