ACCT-26126 - USA (Hartford, Connecticut) - Housing Development and Financial Advisory Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide housing development and financial advisory services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT. – Provide financial advice and structuring assistance on a wide range of affordable housing topics related to the conversion of authority properties to other ownership and operational structures.– The analysis will include projected post–conversion revenues, development of financial strategies and options to carry out conversion, and a comparative analysis showing the revenue potential for its portfolio as compared to current revenues.– Post conversion required services will also include advisory assistance related to property development or rehabilitation.– Monitor, oversee, and submit the required items to meet the required milestones, including the financing plan.– Identification of funding sources and preparation and submission of funding applications necessary to carry out the conversion and development.– Preparation of all relevant determinations and underwriting requirements related to financing applications.– Preparation of bank financing applications.        (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
