Description
General work description: In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, the installation of a dedicated outside air system (DOAS) and associated carbon dioxide and thermostat controls to Presidio of Monterey Buildings 631 and 635 Testing Laboratories. The work shall include, but not be limited to, demolition and disposal of existing ductwork, AC units, and carbon dioxide sensors and the installation of new DOAS unit, filter box, ductwork, supply and return grilles, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, thermostats, sensors, and other incidentals. Work also includes system startup, configuration, testing, and certification.
