CONS-24882 - USA (Charleston, West Virginia) - Construction Manager at Risk Service - Deadline December 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk service to the government authority located in Charleston, WV. – Construction is intended to be performed by the same selected CMAR under a GMP amendment to that agreement, subject written authorization.– Includes preconstruction assistance during the remaining design–development and construction–document work, development of a guaranteed maximum price (GMP), construction, and post–construction services.– Construction manager at risk (CMAR) under one owner–CMAR agreement for its new maintenance facility and associated site redevelopment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) An optional pre–proposal meeting will be held on November 16, 2026.
