(1) Vendor needs to provide functional family therapy service to the government authority located in Stockton, CA. – Provide Functional Family Therapy (FFT), a short–term community/home–based evidence–based family service to children and youth ages 11–18, with serious mental illness or co–occurring disorders. – Provide intensive mental health services and skill–based interventions in order to develop or enhance functional skills to improve self–care and self–regulation by intervening to decrease or replace non–functional behavior that interferes with daily living tasks.– The primary goals are to improve access to care, increase accountability and transparency for publicly funded, agency–administered behavioral health services, and expand the capacity of behavioral health care facilities across agency.• Engage youth and family members into treatment by establishing your credibility by being responsive and available• Motivate youth and their families by decreasing intense negativity (blaming, hopelessness).• Assess interpersonal functions (i.e., payoffs) within the family to organize/match interventions.• Behavior change: Reduce and eliminate the problem behaviors and accompanying family relational patterns through individualized behavior change interventions, including cognitive/attributional interventions, systematic skill–training in family communication, parenting, problem solving, and conflict management.• Generalize changes across problem situations by increasing the family’s capacity to utilize community resources adequately, and to engage in relapse prevention.• Required clinical staffing:– 1 FTE Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to provide clinical supervision per agency.– 3 FTE licensed or licensed waivered clinicians for therapeutic services.– Clinicians must have the ability and be willing to work with families in their own homes.– Clinicians must have the flexibility in hours to meet families when they are available Clinicians will provide services anywhere from 8 to 26 weeks.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 05, 2026.
