Vendor needs to provide risk and anticipatory analytics services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA.– Provide insights and allow for the most cost effective and practical decisions regarding research, design, development and systems engineering, acquisition, test and evaluation.– Diverse data science team consisting of senior and intermediate level data scientists with operational research, behavioral modeling, and risk modeling experience and senior and intermediate level software developers with experience maintaining code and managing diverse pipelines are required.– Conduct structured analysis of historical mishap and incident records to reveal patterns, trends, and recurring drivers of safety risk.– Develop and execute processes enabling comprehensive, continuous studies to track risk changes over.– Create test scripts to validate model accuracy, data quality, pipeline performance, and system compatibility.– Develop and test identified proposed interventions using analytical models and historical data to understand expected outcomes and potential consequences.– Evaluate available technologies, analytical methods, and data to enhance the scoring model ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with operational needs.– Manage and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring standardized formats for analysis and reporting.– Enhance data processing and dissemination for quick use by leadership and key decision makers.
