(1) Vendor needs to provide property sweeping and pressure washing services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.• Property sweeping services in the following areas (when applicable) to remove oil spills, trash, and debris.• On all paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles (parking lots, driveways, skills test areas, gated vehicle enclosure areas, etc.).• Behind all wheel stops/parking blocks in parking lots.• Around all waste and ash receptacles.• Inside and outside of dumpster enclosures.• In all doorway and entryway areas to buildings and enclosures.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
