(1) Vendor needs to provide accounting and financial statement preparation services to the government authority located in Mineola, NY. • Preparation of the financial statements of the authority, including the statement of net position and the governmental funds balance sheet and the related statements of activities and statement of revenues, expenditures, and changes in fund balances for periods ending Dec 2026 to Dec 2028, and the related management’s discussion and analysis and notes to the financial statements• Assisting in the preparation and filing of the financial statements and related materials with , including each annual report.• Assisting with the preparation and filing with the public authorities reporting information system of each of the authority’s budgets.• Working with and responding to requests from the authority’s auditors.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026(3) The contract period will be for three years.
