(1) Vendor needs to provide corporate catering services on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in MA. – Provide high–quality, responsive, cost–effective, and diverse corporate catering services across agency locations while supporting the agency’s operational needs, dietary accommodations, sustainability priorities, and commitment to professional service delivery. • Catering services may be required Monday through Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Catering services may be required Monday through Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.• Breakfast:– Cold Breakfast Menu (Meeting): bagels, muffins, pastries, fruit, coffee & juices etc.– Hot Breakfast Menu (Event): eggs, breakfast meats, assortment of mini pastries, coffee, juices & beverages etc.– Individual breakfast items: Muffin, Bagel, Scone, Fruit Cup, Hot Coffee (dispenser) and Hot Tea (dispenser).• Lunch:– Cold lunch menu 1: including boxed or bagged meals (assorted sandwiches, wraps, salads, individually wrapped chips, cookies or brownies, and individual soda or beverage)– Cold lunch menu 2 (Event/ Meeting): Includes meal, dessert and drink– Hot lunch menu (Event/Meeting/Executive Meeting): suitable for meetings, events, and executive meetings; includes entrée, dessert, and beverage• Dessert platters and sides:– Cookie platters (variety price per dozen)– Brownies (variety price per dozen)– Mini assorted dessert pastries (variety price per dozen)– Cupcakes (variety price per dozen)– Mini Cupcakes (variety price per dozen)• Beverages:– Bottled juices– Assorted sodas– Bottled iced tea(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
