(1) Vendor needs to provide destination management, event logistics, exhibition decorator and related services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• Ground Transportation– Services may include:• attendee shuttle services;• motor coaches, minibuses, vans, sedans, SUVs, and accessible transportation;• VIP and executive transportation;• transportation for special events, tours, site visits, and other activities;• route planning and testing;• transportation manifests;• vehicle staging and dispatch;• transportation signage;• accessibility planning;• onsite transportation staff;• dispatch communications;• contingency vehicles and drivers;• coordination with hotels, venues, airports, and local authorities as necessary; and• post–event transportation reconciliation and reporting.– Special Events and Convenings• Venue identification and sourcing• Site inspections– Temporary and Event Staffing– Potential services may include:• Directional and wayfinding staff; • Temporary event and operational support personnel;• Staff to assist with light event setup, breakdown, and movement of materials between designated event areas(2) The contract period will be for one year.
