EXTRA-75007 - USA (Springfield, Missouri) - Affordable Care Act Reporting Services - Deadline September 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide affordable care act reporting services to the government authority located in Springfield, MO.– Service Provider shall possess a strong understanding of reporting requirements and have effective existing software which is capable of timely creating accurate 1095–C and 1094–C forms.– Service Provider’s software must be capable of using data from two different sources: Point C and the HRIS.– Clear and accurate instructions regarding data formatting requirements;– Strategy to ensure unique coverage situations are proactively addressed;– Service Provider shall assess and assign correct coverage codes on 1095–C forms based upon data submitted.– Provide complete, compliant and accurate 1095–C and 1094–C forms in a timely manner, including mailing 1095–C forms to meet the deadlines outlined by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).– Service Provider must provide and maintain a secure, encrypted manner for sensitive information to be exchanged electronically, ensuring Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
