(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive point of sale and mobile ordering platform.• This solution will replace our current software to ensure continued operationalstability and integration with the agency new meal plan management system, agency.• The proposed solution must support:– Operations: Residential dining hall services, retail check–out (including in–person registers and ordering kiosks), and back–of–house ticketing.– Mobile Ordering: A user–friendly mobile ordering platform for the campus community.– Integration: Must provide full integration with the University’s agency meal plan management system for the redemption of block plans, dining dollars, and other meal plan currencies. – Mobile Ordering should integrate seamlessly with POS and Back of house ticketing systems. – Other Integration considerations include ERP and Digital Menu Boards.• User Scale: The system will be utilized by approximately 20–25 management team members for backend administration and 20– 30 cashier staff for daily front–of–house operations.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
