(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency management program coordinator services to the government authority located in Rapid, SD.• Emergency management program development – Assist in development and sustainment of a comprehensive all–hazards emergency management program across facilities.• Emergency planning and coordination – Assist in the development and maintain emergency response plans and coordinate planning with federal, state, tribal, and local agencies.• Emergency communications coordination – Provide expertise on interoperability between military and civilian emergency communications.• Continuing education – Support professional development, maintain competency in emergency management practices, and align with training expectations for emergency management professionals within the state.• Risk assessment – Assist with risk assessments and vulnerability analysis.• Community preparedness – Support emergency preparedness awareness for soldiers, civilian staff, and families.• Program evaluation – Assist with periodic emergency management program reviews.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
