The City of Alpharetta is requesting statements of qualification (SOQ) from experienced Design-Build Teams to provide professional design and construction services for Heritage Park, a new passive public park in Downtown Alpharetta. The selected Design-Build Team will provide complete turnkey services including all necessary due diligence, surveying, engineering, landscape architecture, permitting, utility coordination, construction, testing, inspections, project closeout, warranty services, and landscape establishment necessary to deliver a fully functional public park.
