(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in St. Croix, VI.• Interior window cleaning, cleaning blinds, moving furniture for cleaning, elevator cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, and high dusting.• Polishing surfaces, cleaning baseboards and walls, dusting blinds, sweeping exterior walkways, and sanitizing microwaves.• Trash removal, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning and sanitizing, kitchen/breakroom cleaning, dusting, and lobby cleaning.• Exterior window washing, trash holding area sanitization, floor stripping, polishing and waxing, and carpet shampooing as needed.• Cleaning products, disinfectants, trash liners, and other consumable materials necessary to perform the services.(2) A pre–bid meeting and site–visit will be held on October 22, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
